Our aim is to work in partnership with our patients and allied health providers to deliver comprehensive, high-quality healthcare in a comfortable, professional, and friendly environment.
Established in July 2007, FHC serves the communities of Faulconbridge, Springwood, and the surrounding Blue Mountains region. We are a family-focused general practice providing care through every stage of life—from pregnancy and early childhood through to healthy ageing and senior care.
We believe in empowering our patients with the knowledge and support they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing. Our team is committed to providing personalised care that recognises the unique needs of every individual and family.
All doctors practising at Faulconbridge Health Centre have met the training requirements of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and are listed on the General Practice Vocational Register, demonstrating their commitment to ongoing professional development and excellence in patient care.
Faulconbridge Health Centre is an accredited teaching practice dedicated to the training and mentoring of future General Practitioners. As an accredited GP registrar training practice, we are proud to contribute to the development of the next generation of Australian GPs.
Our practice is accredited by AGPAL and operates as an AMA Ethical Practice, reflecting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and ethical healthcare.
